Even with glasses we sometimes have trouble reading the very small micro print on some food labels and mail, so I got the KunHe Magnifying Glass with Light two pack to keep one in the living room and one in the kitchen for a little extra help.

The lenses are made of glass and are pretty heavy, but not overly so. The build-in LED lights are nice and bright and make reading mail or the remote buttons in the dimly-lit living room much easier.

The 3x magnifier is great but the 15x is tricky to get at the right distance to make anything clear. The opening for the 15x is so small that I doubt it will get used much.

The handle feels solid but the door to the battery compartment feels a bit flimsy and like it could pop open at any moment, so I'll have to keep and eye on that. The batteries are very hard to get in and do like to keep popping out when you're trying to install them, so that's a bit frustrating and I took off one star for that and the lightweight cover.

PROS:
- Very good price at $7.99 for a 2-pack.

- Sturdy Glass Lenses.

- Solid-feeling handle, good weight. Not too light, not too heavy.

CONS:
- Fiddly battery battery installation.

- Battery compartment cover seems fragile and not very secure.

These magnifiers are a big help for anyone whose eyesight is not the best and have already come in handle on a couple of occasions.

Recommended for anyone with less-than-perfect eyesight who sometimes needs a little extra help.
