Delivered fast, performs as expected, I'd like to point something out though...
I bought this cable so I could watch Amazon Prime Movies in HD on my desktop monitor, a Dell UltraSharp 24" U2412M connected via this HDCP compliant cable, the monitor and graphics card already were HDCP compliant hardware. After installing, at first I still could not see the videos in HD, though both, then I thought the reason might have not been in the hardware but rather in the setup...
Another monitor, this one non HDCP compliant, was connected to the graphics card simultaneously. I tried disconnecting it AND restarting Windows and voila! Now I can watch Amazon videos in HD. So, if your intentions to buy this cable are the same, remember you can only have one monitor connected at the same time.

Like the previous reviewer, I needed a mini HDMI to DVI-D cable to connect to the third port on my video card (the other ports are DVI-D). This cord is VERY hard to find in stores. Even the super tech-y stores don't have them (although you can jerry-rig a solution with an HDMI DVI-D cable and a HDMI to mini HDMI converter). At the stores, this would have cost 20 bucks for the DVI-D HDMI (you can get it on amazon for 6) cable and 25 bucks for the adapter. No way. This cable does the trick, although it is a little pricy. Trust me, you won't easily find this cable.

This cable works very nicely to connect my new notebook, with a Micro HDMI output port, to an older monitor with a DVI input. The only problem - and it might not be a problem for anyone else - is that the HDMI end is pretty wide and makes it hard to use the adjacent USB port. But I can get along without the USB port, so it's not a deal-breaker.

UPDATE 1.2.19: This cable worked fine until it didn't. It failed in early December, leaving me without a connection between my computer and my external monitor. Based on this, I have revised my overall rating to one star. I ordered another, similar cable (different brand and about half the price) and it works fine. As a bonus, the new cable has a much smaller micro HDMI connector.
