Don't pay attention to the fools that give this 1 star because it only works for calls. This is a bare bones model, not anything fancy. It has decent sound quality, and people can hear me decently as well. I have a Motorola Moto e5 Plus, and it connected with no issues. You push the side of it to answer and hang up, nothing special. You control the volume with your phone buttons. So far, I don't have any issues with it. I do wish it said the level of charge, other than just a small red, yellow, or green light when charging, but that really my only complaint about it. Not bad for only $12.

The Motorola HK115 is comfortable.

Now the cons: It's WHISPER QUIET. There is NO WAY you can hear the person on the other end if you're driving in a car with any amount of road noise. Unless you intend to pull into a quiet, shady parking lot to have every conversation, this is an expensive, useless piece of technology.

I paird it with a 2023 Moto Stylus, and a 2021 Moto Stylus. While driving, with the phones' headset settings at maximum volume, I could near voices at the other end at barely a whisper level. When I took the phone and headset into my quiet kitchen, I could hear voices clearly at a comfortable, but not loud level.

I know I'm not the only one to complain about this. I'm just confirming other reviewer's information about the lack of any volume in the Motorola HK115.

Not an expensive earpiece I understand, but I expected the ability to increase to a higher volume. The volume control phone-based. There's no volume control on the earpiece. My Motorola Edge phone does not come close to providing the volume I desire making this earpiece mostly worthless. I have to stand in a quiet area pushing the earpiece into my ear channel to hear any conversation. It may just be my phone's interaction with this earpiece and other phones would provide better volume. No way to know until after you've used it.
