I am a new and real customer! I am so grateful to SMART INK...for their quick and reliable ink. I paid less than $25 and received my ink in two days.
18 months ago I left a well known ink $5/mo program who always charged me more if I went above their number of sheets. Which I always did. I was usually paying $13.99/mo.
I decided to put my small business on hold due health and family needs.
That WELL KNOWN INK COMPANY kept debiting my bank account despite multiple times telling them I no longer needed their service. I finally notified my bank and stopped their withdrawals.
After eighteen months I notified that company I wanted to open an account. They said I owed them more money because they had been blocked from my bank account. I had made sure they were completely paid before stopping further payments. The fact that they refused to stop debiting with fraud.
What seem like a great plan was a scam to lock a customer into depending on them to monitor my ink usage.
What I found in research was this had happens to many customers. I found it only cost a company about twenty-five cents to made produce the ink and cartridge. I am NOT against profits. I am against a company controlling customers. Think about one customer not printing for nearly two years and they kept trying to debit bank accounts even when the customer is NOT using their products and has notified them to stop service. Now think of hundreds/ thousand worldwide. This could run into $$$$. That company makes billions of ink and cartridges. Their profit is in the BILLIONS. So selling a program where they claim the ink they send you is their property. That said ink is only cents on the dollar. I have no trouble using the word scam.
I will NOW... HAPPILY... purchase from SMART INK. I can monitor my own ink usage...then order from SMART INK and get it in two days.....I THINK THAT'S SMARTER.

MY PRINTER LOVES THE INK the same as the well known brand....IT IS WORKING PERFECTLY. I HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OVER WHAT AND WHEN I NEED TO PURCHASE.
I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY! It is also 40% of the big well known companies in-store cost. This month it looks like it will only run me a couple ddollars more than the program I had. I don't have to held hostage by that company.
Once again...I LOVE BEING SMARTER WITH SMART INK.
