This product was over a week late getting to me. When the product was first promised for delivery, I STAYED home for two days because the COMPANY made it MANDATORY that I signed for these, why, I don't know. When I contacted the company and told them just to leave them on my front porch, they REFUSED to do so, SUPER POOR customer service. Said I must call fed-ex and work it out myself. Do they think people don't have JOBS? HOWEVER, the actual PRODUCT is super nice and a great value.

Works great for all kinds of animals but if your concerned about kittens I would only use 3 of the levels for them to climb on till they get older. Very good item to have especially if you want to place the animals up for a time being such as when your gone. The lower door opening that can be used as a ramp in and out of the cage is a wonderful idea and they use it to do just that. Easy to roll around and get in from room to room and great for letting them outdoors on nice days but still safe in the cage.

Cage was super nice. Loved it in theory. Easy to assemble. I use this cage for my guinea pig. I don’t love that there isn’t really anywhere to catch the urine except for the very bottom. I feel like it smells like urine more than my normal cage that I had with bedding at the bottom that he would directly urinate on now in addition to emptying all the bedding every week, I have to scrub each level because there’s urine on the steps and on the resting areas. I contacted the company and explained the health risk this cage caused in such a brief time. They wanted me to pay shipping back to them and wouldn’t even guarantee me a refund. They spoke like robots and refused any resolution. It was a mess!

 I didn't receive all the parts in my first shipment but after contacting the seller i was able to quickly get what i needed to add and secure the third cage up top. Easy to assemble and way better cage than what i was working with before, which was (temporarily) a hamster cage. My 2 rats love it too. Very cute. But the bedding inside gets kicked out of the cage and the tray on the bottom can't catch it bc it's just underneath the first level. Not a deal breaker, i just need to figure something out. Probably put a mat or blanket. Thanks!

Nope nope nope!!! I have put two different rats of varying thickness in this (one was quite the chunker) and they all escaped. I even went and bought little metal o-rings to make sure all of the little openings wouldn't budge. NOPE! Still got out and I can't figure out how. I was lucky that I was able to find one before my cats did but the other unfortunately went missing and we could never find it. I am completely heartbroken and upset that this cage is so flimsy that anything can squeeze out of it.
