I am definitely one of those girls who gets frustrated very easily when it comes to putting things together because i just don’t have the patience for it. When I opened up the box, it looked like wayyy too much for me. After i got started i realized it was so much easier to put together than it looked. Great quality, awesome color, happy ferret!

This is my first time owning rats and wanted to get them the perfect cage and I believe I found it!!!! I’ve had hamsters and guinea pigs growing up and have tried numbers of cages before but have NEVER felt so happy with one until this one. Such easy assembly, spacious and sturdy!!!! If you’re second guessing this cage, DONT. Would NOT recommend for guinea pigs and rabbits, but amazing for rats and maybe a small chinchilla. Cannot recommend this cage more!

We've had this new cage, which is listed as being made for guinea pigs, for about a week. Yesterday my nine year old daughter came running to tell me one of her guinea pig's legs was caught in one of the grate flooring holes. It was clear she'd been struggling for hours because her leg was completely stuck, swollen and bleeding. We had to take slowly cut away at the plastic flooring around her leg to get her leg out. It's clearly broken and she's in pain and barely eating or drinking. This was a devastating experience for my daughter and I'm ANGRY that we trusted this product was made properly for our pets. We've taken the grated flooring out and they are using the removable tray as the floor now, which means the first level ladder keeps coming off because it's not sitting where it was designed to now. So the 3 story feature is gone, making this cage a complete waste of money. We will be lucky if our guinea pig can ever walk properly again.

This cage is much bigger than i expected and is fairly light and easy to move with the wheels. It was also fairly easy to set up, I got the pink one and its super cute. The only issues i have/had was there was one little connector part missing which wasnt a huge deal and also the bars are spaced a little far for small rats but if you have large males like i do this cage works great! They absolutley love it
