Not sure why there are some negative reviews on this product.

Once properly applied you cannot even tell the Skinomi is on your phone.

Held at an angle it looks like glass.

I bought one of these for a phone that since has broke and the protector lasted for all the time I had the phone.

I started using glass cleaner on the phone and after many months the protector started to get a little dull looking (should not use cleaners containing alcohol on plastic).

I bought another one to replace it and installed flawlessly.

The trick is to just wet your hands with the spray that is included then carefully remove the protector from the sheet.

Try to only handle the edges with wet fingers.

Spray both sides of the Skinomi and place it on your cell phone.

You can wiggle it around until it is perfectly lined up.

Use the include squeege to press out any air an excess water.

Dab a towel on the top to remove any more excess water.

Once the Skinomi is in position just leave your phone alone for some time so that the bubbles underneath eventually fade away (they will).

You can use your phone while waiting just be carefull to not move the Skinomi out of place with your touch screen. (the fit is very precise).

Out of all the screen savers I have used (cell phone over 15 years) this is hands down the best one you can get.

Just use a damp towel to clean your phone and it will last for years.

The packaging for the Skinomi is a bit excessive although very nice.

They give you way too much liquid and the squeegee could be recycled.

All in all I highly recommend this product.

Purchased several months back. Temp protector finally needed replacing and finally had time to let this properly dry.
Read instructions, watched installation videos. Figured as particular as I am and borderline OCD I would have NO problems installing this.
Product packaging is second to none. Real fancy! But the screen protector itself was flawed when I took it out of the box! It had ridges on it that were from the manufacturing process in 2 places on the actual screen protector. I installed anyway as I needed something on my phone to protect it. I admittedly got fingerprints on it but the flaws in the product that were there brand new were enough to make me take it off after 5 days.
Safe yourself the headache and time. Get a self-adhesive type screen protector. The manu will replace under their lifetime warranty for $3. For $3 you could buy something that works much better. Trust me. And contrary to claims, it DOES scratch easily. Very soft compared to the self adhesive types. Only reason I wanted to try this one is because it covered the entire screen. I learned my lesson.

I bought this product by observing the adage that you get what you pay for. This Skinomi product was way more expensive than other ones. Well, it didn't work this time. We carefully followed (the absurdly detailed) instructions too. There are lots of bubbles/imperfections on the screen.

Very difficult to install, they immediately sent me a new one because I was totally unhappy with my first try. The second is passable, I guess I just don't get the "float it into place" aspect of this system. I don't think a third try would result any differently.

There are a few annoying orange peel like marks in the finished product.

Don't be scared by the reviews that say this product is too hard to deal with. It isn't that bad. Yes, you do need to use the spray bottle and make sure you apply per the directions. but 24 hours or so after I did the application the screen looks great. Clear and easy to see through. I wasn't able to get all of the little bubbles out when I put the application on but they disappeared over night.

I think this is a good product. Worth the money. I do agree that Skinomi does way to much packaging for this product. But besides that I would buy it again.
