This is identical to the original remote I got from ATT. It fell to the ground too many times and was not consistent.
Went to ATT for a replacement and was told they didn't have them. had to go to Walmart. No thanks, found it at Amazon, cheaper than Walmart and no hassle. Great product.

I have DirecTV (currently owned by AT&T). I had no luck trying to get a replacement from them for 2-1/2 weeks. It is an RC73 shown on the right, with the original on the left.
