I’ll adjust my review if the seller rectifies the situation but a return and replacement is a hassle. Not worth the high price point. I just received this tree last night. I was so excited. The packaging was nice. It arrives in a reusable bag. However, many leaves broke off and will need to be glued back on. This is very frustrating for the amount of money I spent. I will update my review once I fix it or after I hear back from the company, but so far not impressed, and would not recommend you purchase this item.

Shaping was a little more of a challenge than I expected. Everytime I touched a branch to shape it, a leaf would fall or break off. Some of them I got back on but a couple of them broke in an unusual way and I tried good old super glue but couldn't even get that to hold. I finally decided I would live with it as is because no one but me will notice. But for this price I was disappointed with that element and the tiny pot it came in that won't balance. At a glance it's pretty and like I said, I'm the only one that knows.
