This is perfect for what it was made for. Garlic. For anyone saying to use a garlic press for ginger, ya’ll must not have ever used a good peeler and blender lol. I tried the ginger with this and it was a nightmare. I pressed a LOT of garlic to make the popular flu-season garlic and honey recipe and this made the work so much faster. I’m not giving this one away.
