Am most impressed with the V10's sophisticated design. High grade for battery life an assumption. Haven't had it long enough to wear one out or exhaust it during a cleaning. One little flub hardly worth mentioning: the collection bin empties easily and cleanly. However, in order to empty it properly it's really necessary to remove the tube that connects to the bottom of the bin. Removal and re-installation of tube and attachments a snap -- much easier than out V6 Animal. So far very satisfied.

I’ve had dyson for last 15 years. First time I purchased a cordless through amazon. Battery was poor which is atypical and then it died after 1 year. I purchased a new battery from dyson but still no luck. I called and spoke to dyson, this serial number shows it was refurbished. I paid for what I thought was a new dyson from Amazon. However what Amazon sent me was refurbished model which has not worked as well as previous dysons. I have ordered a new body from dyson and hopefully that will solve the problem and my vacuum will work. Amazon falsely sold me a refurbished vacuum when I thought it was a new vacuum. Buyer beware. This is a regular problem with Amazon.

This is the most expensive thing I’ve ever bought for my house (other than a mattress), and I’m so glad I have it. I have two dogs and my dinky cheap vacuum was worthless. I wanted to get the last vacuum I’ll ever need, and with the automatic warranty that comes with it, I may have succeeded. Dysons are well-know vacuums - hopefully I can get it repaired in the future if it needs it.

This vacuum is nothing shirt of magical. Even in the lowest suction setting, it picks up SO much! I have 2 dogs, a cat, and a 4 year old. I needed a vacuum that would pick up everything and I found it. I was so hesitant because of the cost, but it has proven to be well worth it. I'd 100% buy it again.
