It works great. Got thru my apples quickly. It needs better directions like how to change the blade without loosing a finger. Bladed are very sharp. It beats doing all that work by hand. Can't wait till next year to do more fresh, hand picked fruit. I highly recommend!

I make a lot of apple dumplings and it has been getting harder for me to peel by hand. I just finished making 40 dumplings and it only took about 5 seconds to peel each apple. This product met more than my expectations. It was sharp and very thorough in peeling each apple. I core them by hand, but this made the task so much easier. The suction cups didn’t seem to work for me but they were not needed.

This product works very well. It works as intended and as described… My only issue is the suction cups do not stay suctioned to either of my countertop to my stainless steel prep surface and not even to a cutting board so you have to hold onto the unit while turning the handle. That said for the price it’s very useful I make one or two pies a week that’s it I don’t need any $30 $40 unit so keep in mind if you are a serious pie maker you’ll need something with a suction cup bottom

Will not work on very ripe apple. Also the core prongs need to be pointed out instead of being straight. That way it would hold apple core much better. Overall, it works but is vey, very flimsy. The shredder works like it should. I recommend it for every kitchen. The only thing I would like would for the mfger. to put a thick slicer cylinder in the package. Over all I am pleased with the purchase. I bought 2 of each.
