    No instructions in any language included with this Bluetooth push to talk radio headset/ transmitter.

    Pairing is easy enough- sound reception from others came through clear. Transmission to others so far has been unsuccessful producing only clicking noises that others can hear.

    Dual pairing with IOS and Android devices unsuccessful.

    Battery life - the headset and 2 accessories managed a 6 hour run. I intend to give this one more shot tomorrow for a full 8 hour run. I expect little improvement and will likely be returning this item.

    I needed to use a Shokz bone conduction headset instead of the included earpiece. After several attempts, I could not pair the Shokz with the dongle. I was able to pair the included earpiece (and the separate PTT), so it wasn't that the bluetooth wasn't working. Even then, with the earpiece paired, when the radio received, it played through the earpiece AND the radio speaker. Why waste battery (and annoy bystanders) with the radio speaker? (This was with a Yaesu FT-25 handheld, maybe other radios would mute.) So, I'm returning it because it doesn't fit my needs. It might be suitable for others, but you should be aware the radio speaker might not be muted.
