Okay, I’ll be the first to admit that it took me a bit longer than anticipated to really get into this series (book one specifically) but I’m going to be the voice of reason here when I tell you to NOT GIVE UP or risk missing out on one of the most sexy, action packed, completely insane, constantly evolving RH series that’s out there. These books are truly amazing. Once the story really takes off... it never stops. You’ll start reading first thing in the morning at a moderate pace and really just be sitting and minding your own business and then all of a sudden BOOM you’re on book four and it’s 11pm at night the next day and you can’t stop now! You need answers! Maybe that will make you sound and act a bit like an addict, but what can I say? These books demand it!
These characters are so charming and well developed. Kit isn’t just ‘foxy’ and cunning, she’s brilliant and compassionate and has such a giant heart. She’s also funny and loyal to a fault which makes her my new BFF. Obviously her men are nothing to scoff at either, there are many of them and each one is completely different (even the twins similarities end at their looks). Let me just say how much hard work and dedication it surely must take to write so many main characters in a story who ALL have contrasting personalities, abilities, nicknames and appetites. It’s a true treasure to never read a steamy scene and think ‘hey this sounds a lot like what Kit did with so and so earlier’. The build-up and progression of each and every relationship throughout this series is just wonderfully done and artfully crafted.
Tate has also done a fantastic job of building up a mini army of sub-characters that are so perfect and enchanting that you can’t help but fall for them too. That’s right, I’m sure you see where I’m going with this... I’m praying for spin-off books. I’d love to read more about Lucifer and Finn, to see some hellish angel play! I was so enthralled with the world that was built here, I’d be thrilled to get any kind of backstories too. Honestly, who am I kidding? If Tate writes a series that exists in this world AT ALL (and the books that don’t) I will read it. I will read it hard and fast.
One of my favorite things about this series is how each book leads you on a new wild mission with a fresh storyline and adventure. There is no wondering if you’ll get stuck in chapters of wordy dialogue without a lot of forward momentum or story progression, this isn’t that kind of series. No, every single time you pick up your ereader and start a new page you’ll be transported somewhere exciting and there will undoubtedly be original twists and turns that will leave you in a downright frenzy to figure out what’s going to happen next.
I’m not sure that I’m ready to say goodbye to this rowdy pack. The steamy scenes alone are enough to keep me hooked for the foreseeable future, but the awesome plot is what really sealed the deal. If you’re a lover of paranormal, romance, reverse harem stories, fantasy books or really just reading in general... get this series. Get it and devour it and then come find me and we can gush about how wonderful they are.

She also has a secret identity that som know of as “The Fox”. She has this secret/ special ability that people want once they realize she has it. She has to decide if she wants to work with this group even though she doesnt truly trust theses guys yet. If could be the best move she does or her worst.Kit is a bad ass but i also love how we get her emotional side as well. I also liked how she takes her guys opinion on things at times. With each book you see them grow and the plot gets bigger and wilder as we see more information come to light. I loved each of the guys. They are all so different but also possessive and that alpha male that we all love so much . I also love Kit and Lucy friendship their basically sister and have know each other since there foster care days. There’s a ton of action and the tension she has with some of the guys is off the chart and makes you want to smack some sense into them. I wish I could say more but i dont want to give anything away. I love Tate James writing and her beautiful mind that let’s her write theses amazing series she comes out with . So thank you Tate.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟/5
