I went back to purchasing the professional spray bottle online. I never seem to get many sprays from the small, green, aerosol can sold in stores. This is better for me. I currently have torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders. This helps with the pain.

Poor mailing packaging

Biofreeze is a great product that I’ve used for years. I highly recommend it. The problem was with the packaging for my latest purchase. Previously, it was tightly wrapped and secured in the mailer. This time, it was dropped loose into a USPS mailer that was then dropped into a larger mailer. Apparently vibration in transit loosened the screw top of the bottle, and it leaked. And there was a hole in the first mailer. And the outer mailer wasn’t completely secure. As a result, the package was wet, the interior packaging was even wetter, and I had to wipe off the bottle once I extracted it.

Less than an ounce probably escaped, so I wouldn’t seek a refund or exchange. And I truly do like Biofreeze — a lot. But the seller should take better care in the future,

I’ve been using this product for years! It’s the only way I’m getting thru the day in a way I can tolerate. I suffer from fibromyalgia and arthritis in my back, knees, neck, shoulders, wrists, hands everywhere! I honestly don’t know how I would manage without it. I keep a purse sized bottle with me me at all times as well. It’s not instant. It takes a few minutes to “soak in” but when it does, life is suddenly worth living again. You won’t be disappointed. Worth every penny!

A MUST HAVE FOR CHRONIC PAIN

Good for athletes. However, if you suffer from chronic pain like I do, Biofreeze is a great tool to help ease the aches and pain away. I've tried every product out there and most are expensive and ineffective. Biofreeze can help you get through the day and night; I've been using it since I discovered it over 22 years ago and it is by far the best product on the market. Biofreeze comes in a variety of applications, I prefer the pump spray and the roll-on.
