I have been using the product for several years. Have also tried the roll-on type. I prefer the gel that's in the tube. Refreshing scent that doesn't stay with you. Instant relief, and don't forget that it's temporary. Pain seems to subside within a few seconds while applying. Recently I have been using it on both knees, and look forward to the relief when needed. Have recently started seeing the product in multiple stores, but Amazon offers a better selection and price. Highly recommend.

Like many others, every chiropractor over the years has recommended Biofreeze for any aches and pains, and given out those sample packs. This round, when I started going back to chiro for injuries and strains from way too much and too deep yoga - which I'm still doing but have to be really mindful about - I decided to invest in BioFreeze.

What I love about this product:
-The cooling / almost chilling effect you feel for up to 10-12 minutes after application.
-The immediate relief even if the pain does not disappear 100% (Honestly, if it did, it would be called Magic Cream and cost a fortune).
-The healing effect over time if combined with proper therapy and care.

I find this particularly useful for lower back, shoulders, and thighs. I haven't used it much in the body extremities (wrist, hand, feet). I'm sure it'd be just fine.

I highly recommend this for muscle aches and pains, for strains, for tingling and for other types of muscular or tissue pain relief. It is not a 100% solution, but it will truly make a difference. Biofreeze is a trusted brand around here!

I have a lot of knee pain, and Biofreeze is the only thing I have found that helps. I love the cooling/warming of the gel, and it really provides relief from join pain. I recently injured my wrist, and again the Biofreeze took away the pain. I always keep a tube at home and at work, so its ready to use when I need it.
One warning - apply it with a cotton pad or gloves so that you don't get it on your hands. It seeps into your skin and since it contains menthol - if you touch your eye after application you will be sorry! (speaking from experience) I always try to keep it off my hands, because it absorbs into the skin you cannot wash it off. And you don't want to accidentally get it in your eyes or nose, it will burn. It does not bother my skin at all, and I have sensitive skin.

I purchased this product since it is the same that my chiropractor uses on me. I love that it is a thin consistency and works great for pain and lubes up the skin when i am scraping it with a tool. Just make sure you wash you hands. Somehow it got on my finger and when i grabbed a cold water it got on the rim and affected my tongue. No effects of that a listerine type of feel that had to go away.
