I had problems with my toaster after 4 months. After faulty communication on my part (wrong email address) I was able to get in touch with Seedeem. They provided me top notch communications, offering me a refund or replacement. We worked together very well. They requested I send them in a video with proof that my toaster wasn’t working, to which I complied. Within a week they were asking for my name/address so that I could get my replacement toaster. I am very pleased to say that my new toaster arrived today 2 days earlier than promised. I haven’t used it as yet but I’m giving them a 5 star rating for their excellent Customer service!

I purchased 2 of these. The first one came to me damaged from the factory. Sent it back and received another one. I had to also send the second one back, it only toasted on one side. When I complained to Seedmeem, They kept on sending me forms to fill out, I contacted them 3 times and received the same form 3 times. Finaly, I got Amazon involved and they had me send it back for a refund. Do what you want to do, but never again will I purchase anything from Seedeem.

It toasts bread and Eggo Waffles to perfection. Unfortunately this toaster has ruined breakfast for me, as it can’t toast Toaster Studel. I have tried all 2 settings, I have put the time I was toasting up. Nothing works! I can’t get the centre of my toaster Strudel even warm without burning it. Otherwise it works so good that my parents are purchasing one. (They only eat toast, so they don’t know the struggle).
