I purchased the MUSICQII in place of my Ruizu XO2. The first thing you notice is it is much sturdier metal not plastic as a result it weighs almost 4oz comare to 1 oz. It is slightley larger agout 1/2 in longer andd 1/4 in wider. I use my MP3 player in lieu of my phone as I have over 5,000 songs on my play list. These did not fit on the XO2 without using the memory card insert. The expanded capacity of the MUSICII at 64gb barely made a dent in the memory. The next big improvement is in the controls. Navigating among the screens is easy, especially when it comes to using Bluetooth function. I use bluetooth earphones when i walk my 5 miles and they work much better than on the XO2. You can see the 2 additional controls which make getting back to the menu much easier. The only function not intuituve was accesseing the music submenu. This requires you to have a song playing and then pressing the funcion. Loading music was supper easy as i just downloaded the 5,000 songs from my computer (although that size file took a while).
The speaker is adequate, given the size. The multiple white noise choices were easy to hear in the quiet of the bedroom. Tools and setting are easy and clear. I can't comment on the radio as i don't use it (you can see why). All in all a great device
