For those that are trying to quit smoking, but have that habit of needing to inhale from a stick, these are a great alternative in conjunction with nicotine patches. There's 4 flavors, Dragon Well (Long Jing), Ginseng Oolong (Lan Gui Ren), Pu-Erh (Qing Gan Pu Er), and Jasmine (Mo Li Hua) and the smoking experience of each one has their own exquisite tastes. Each of the flavors tastes pretty much like their tea counterparts, although a bit more smoky and bitter (due to the burning of the leaves), but is a good way to get rid of your smoking habit. My mother in law has been using these for the last 3 months and her nicotine intake has dramatically decreased as well as her NEED to smoke a cigarette (she only needs to "smoke" one of these if she's over stressed vs just needing to smoke), these definitely helped her quit her habit of smoking 1 pack a day.

These Herbal Cigarettes look and smell pretty much like regular cigarettes. But they do leave my mouth a bit dry. I tried two flavors and they have tea like flavor which I am kind of fond of. Overall I this this product is worth trying and it is a good alternative to regular ones.

While I don't smoke tobacco cigarettes habitually, I was known to have one or two while out at the bar with friends. These herbal cigarettes give me something to puff on that isn't addicting, and honestly tastes just like traditional cigarettes. This 4-pack comes with a small container of 'flavor balls' that you can 'install' into your cigarette with an included tool. These add various flavors to the cigarette, and even have varying menthol levels depending on your preference. People ask me all the time about it and really it is quite ingenious. The packs themselves have beautiful artwork and I'm always asked what these are.

I'm very thrilled with these herbal cigarettes, and I will and have recommended them to anyone who's looking to quit smoking or just wants something to puff on while having a drink or two.

I'm not sure if I like these really. The pros are that they are not addicting at all and they aren't as bad for you. The cons are you don't get a nicotine buzz. It did give me a very mildly euphoric feeling. It does make you feel like you are having a cigarette even though you are not. I did not use the flavor crystals because I didn't understand what to do so I can't comment on that aspect of the product. Didn't really have weird smell to me. I remember the taste being a bit different than a normal cigarette though. Interesting product if you quit smoking but want to feel like you are having one on a special occasion or something.
