A lot to items in a small compact space
I was very pleased with this purchase. Most of the items were self explanatory; however, the belt clip seemed out of place as nothing in the kit can use the item. It seems very out of place as all the items are black while this one piece is OD tan. Nothing from the kit fits the loop. The diameter of the flashlight is the largest thing in the kit and it falls right through the hole. If this can be explained I would be grateful.

I purchased this as part of my husband's Christmas gift, he enjoyed it very much. To our surprise it is a very good quality kit. The knife is durable, sharp and sturdy. The tactical pen proves to be useful as do all the accompanying accessories. The box that it comes in is an added bonus on top of everything inside of the kit. It holds true to being durable, strong and water resistant. My husband can easily throw this in his bag when he goes camping. Having things such as the saw and the fire starter on hand while camping can and will come in handy. It also puts my mind at ease knowing he has certain things to his advantage. This is very giftable just the way that it is. I would highly recommend getting one or two of these, for yourself and to gift one out. You never know when you might need it.

It is nice small kit, but doesn't have the whistle it shows or the rain coat. I had get replacement, and replacement didn't have the whistle or rain coat either. I asked customer service if the emergency blanket was the rain coat,and they said it was. Well why does the description say whistle,which neither kit had, and the rain coat is listed, not as the emergency blanket. Don't list something that isn't included. I looked at everything that was listed and included when I received it. It's a good START kit for like camping, but nothing Incase emergency, sadly.

During shipping the case it all comes in was smashed, but nothing inside the case was. I was hoping to use it for medical stuff but that's not happening now. But the knife is great, pen is awesome so all good!

Now the second one I purchased was quite different. Knife is only 6.5 inches when the first one I bought was 8.5 inches which I'd rather have. Water proof case was not broken this time which was nice. Also, this one came with a small light key fob that was to come with the first but was not in it. Still great deal for the price, just bummed out about the knife being small.
