I have been buying Charmin for many years. During the pandemic I purchased cheaper toilet paper from a local department store because they had a limited supply. I found the cheaper toilet paper sooo dusty that I refused to buy it again and sadly I found the Charmin that I purchased on here to be the same (something I hadn’t experienced before or since). I don’t believe it was actually Charmin.
