I bought these wheels for my cat's One Fast Cat Wheel and they work really well when she's running. Since they are self charging: they don't really light up unless they are spinning at a consistent semi-fast speed. A cat walking isn't fast enough but that's ok bc they really shine when she starts galloping. I'm sure they are perfect for scooters. I'm pleased with them!
