    I couldnt stay off my smart phone so I decided to give this a shot, and oh man does it work. Ive gotten back into reading, been playing my favourite games more often, and discovered that radio is way more enjoyable than spotify. The main cons have been slow loading times, it freezes if its on for too long, voice-to-text working only 40% of the time, and youtube being the only video website it seems to be able to play.

    Even with that I say its 4 stars cuz I really enjoy it as my main phone. If you dont need social media, android/apple play store, or speedy internet on your phone and wanna try a dumbphone I highly recommend. At $30 it does way more than I would expect, and if it doesnt work for you its not like you messed up a $300 phone purchase.

Went to test to make sure it would work and the phone would not allow me to proceed past the set-up screens as it did not recognize my Verizon SIM card. Oddly enough it did look like the phone received text messages while I was going through the setup (so the SIM was working) but the phone did not let me get pass the setup to verify or check any other settings.

    Update: Trying to remove this review as the product specs state that it is compatible with 4G not 5G so this is user error on my part.

    This was purchased for an elderly person who does not want to learn how to use a smart phone. It arrived quickly and looked like a new product. The activation was simple as all I had to do was take the SIM card out of the previous phone and install in this phone. The phone does not come with an sim card. Everything worked fine keeping the same phone number and account information. Lesson learned was to backup phone contact to make it easier to install on new phone.
