I put the disk which had no directions in my disc and waited for anything to happen. Nothing did. Nothing like described and wasted my time and money. Very disappointed!!!! I only gave it a star because its the only way to leave a review.

I do have to say, this does work. At first I didn’t think it would because I put the disk in on the windows screen and nothing! BUT!!!! What I figured out was, you’ll need to shut down your computer. Then after you press the button to start the computer you’ll need to open the disk drive and put in your disk. Then the program will load. It was super easy! I was able to get all the old photos on my old profile. This worked like a charm!

Make sure you make the pc boot from the disc first. The disc worked like a charm and I’m able to get into my account. I was so afraid I would have lost pictures of my cousin that passed away but thanks to this disc and me being able to get back into windows because it’s been forever since I used my laptop, I now have all the pics.
