They are bright enough and fairly light so they work with the monitor stand. They came with all the necessary parts and wires. My complaint is that they have those unnecessarily large plugs. You know, the ones that extend a bit too far in any direction so as to make any nearby outlets useless. I'm not a farmer. I shouldn't have to leave every other outlet fallow and rotate plugs every season. The wires are also 3 feet long. This is fine but considering I bought 2 monitors and plugging them in took some creative wiring, it was a second hassle.
Another complaint I have is that the back of the monitor has places for 2 screws if you are hanging them on a stand. It works but I would rather have 4 holes so I could use all the screws and they looked more secure. Not really an issue but still not something I am happy about.
Overall, they look and work fine although I don't know about audio. To be honest, when there is an input (I turn my computer on), there seems to be a 30 second delay before both monitors are on. Otherwise, they operate as expected with few interruptions or issues.
Plus, inexpensive as hell. If they weren't, this would be 3 stars for the large plugs alone, but it's another case of getting what you pay for.

I got this on Amazon for about $69. to bring to Starbucks for use with an inexpensive mini Windows PC. You should know it uses ac power from a wall outlet so if you want to use a USB power bank, that won't work. I bought a shoulder strap carrying pouch from Amazon, for it that also cost $69.
I've got a dream of getting an older Samsung Galaxy S9 phone with DEX. I am hoping I can use the Galaxy S9 without activating it as a phone but using it as a wifi device running off the hotspot on my three year old smartphone. Then, using DEX, I hope to use a dock with USB ports & HDMI port to connect to this new monitor and use Android, instead of Windows, to watch YouTube videos at Starbucks, using a keyboard and mouse. Wish me luck..

My cellphone provider does not count gigabytes so I use the Galaxy S9 as a wifi device running off the hotspot on my 5g cellphone. I can bring up YouTube just like the s9 were a little wifi tablet. The above mentioned CASOLU has a USB port for the wireless mouse dongle and an HDMI port and a one foot HDMI cable connected to this monitor. Dex puts some nice options on the screen. Since this screen is not a touch screen, the mouse serves to select items. I wanted to add a keyboard but the CASOLU has only one USB port for the mouse dongle. I tried to get a soft keyboard my display on this monitor but couldn't. Then I realized the soft keyboard was displaying on the Galaxy S9, itself. So I can type stuff in using that.
All in all,I am very happy with this product. Thanks to those who wished me luck!
Added 9/24/23:. Bought a new Hiearcool USB C Hub, USB C Multi-Port Adapter with several USB ports to replace the CASOLU, so I use one port for a mouse and a second USB port for a mini wired keyboard.

I use this as a vertical side monitor for my setup and it rocks. The minimal bezels and clear picture make it really clean. I will say that only having 2 mounting points for the Vesa concerned me, but I have had no issues at all and I move this monitor around on the arm a surprising amount.

Had an issue with signal loss after instillation, but support got things wrapped up within 48 hours and I must say I'm sold on Sansui. Would recommend them 100x over. They make quality products for great prices and stand by them. Well done.

24" 100hz monitor: couldn't get monitor's USB-C port to display video using a 2020 13" MacBook Pro

This review is for the ES-24X3 (24") 100hz monitor.

I ended up using a displayport to USB-C cable to connect to the MacBook. When I used the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable the MacBook's own screen displayed a charging symbol so it did recognize the connection but no display is detected.

There appear to be different versions of this screen. There is another reviewer, Michael R. Stephenson, who shows a photo of the back of his monitor with only two VESA mounting holes as of July 2023. My screen has four mounting holes. Perhaps the updated version not working correctly with the USB-C connection. There is mention of HDR10 but I saw no reference to this feature in the monitor display menu.

We kept this anyhow as the picture and value are good. We are using the HDMI & Displayport connections for a desktop & the MacBook. As others have pointed out the connection cables project beneath the bottom edge of the screen which is not ideal.

This is a sharp and quality monitor, size is perfect for all my games and brightness are way more beautiful than my previous monitor. Sleek design is modern and beautiful.
My new computer as new usb-c type port and that’s the first time I can try it with a monitor. This option works very well and cable were included in the box along with a HDMI cable. The quality of the frame is surprisingly very good with thin border. The 100hz makes a great difference on my games and they are more fluid and sharp than my previous monitor. The colors rendering is just amazing. 24’’ inch is also a perfect size for me and maybe I will add a second monitor for multitasking in the future. This monitor doesn’t feel cheap at all and for the price it’s an amazing value compare to big other brand. Another great feature is the built in speaker, great when I change room to play with my brothers. Those are small speakers so don’t expect to get home theater sound but sound is ok. Im my room I still prefer my detach speaker with subwoofer. I do some homework too with 3d software and with the vibrant color I see a big difference in texture. For now I used the provided stand on my desk but when I will buy another monitor I will use a duplex stand and this monitor is compatible with VESA mount, so no problem on using another mounting stand or fixing on wall. I’m not an expert at gaming, average user and part time homework user too and I can go wrong with this monitor, i’m very please with it.

Good IPS image quality and eye care. This monitor allows you to control how much blue light you want to remove to protect your eyes, and it goes up to 100Hz via USB-C and DP, and up to 75Hz in HDMI (in my tests). It is very thin and frameless.
What I would like on this monitor (that it does not have): a built-in USB Hub with at least 1 USB 3 and 2 USB 3 ports, monitor power input should be USB-C (up to 100W) so that it could also power a computer connected to its USB-C port, when connected to a proper power supply (sold separetely).
It has internal speaker but the sound quality is not good, not even for meetings and dialog, so they could be removed. With those features I would give it 5 stars.

it works great, easy to install, great image quality. I was able to plug a Samsung S22 smart phone on its usb-c interface and used Dex. For some reason the S23FE could not identify the monitor, but the S22 did.
