Very nice size ball has accessory to use for the arms. This ball allows you to work on your legs and arms and abdomen without getting in the floor. For people who have a hard time to get in the floor this is perfect. I have hard wood floors so getting in the floor hurts this product helps to provide a good performance workout for a good price. It's easy to put together. I love it. I had surgery it was hard to get in the floor this makes it easier and there are so many things you can do with this ball to work out and build on for strengthening or weight loss. My family we all use it. Whether it's for exercise, yoga or a ball chair to sit on. It's perfect for everyone.

The ball, the stability ring & the resistance bands are amazing. I bought this product for the exercise ball and considered the stability ring and resistance bands a bonus if they were actually functional and didnt expect to use them much. I was pleasantly surprised that the resistance bands are sturdy and function well. The stability ring allows me to use the ball as a chair when I work at my desk. For the money this is a great purchase. I did have a slight issue with the adding air to the stability ring and reached out to the vendor. I received a quick response and a quick resolution so I am very satisfied with their customer service. I would recommend the product and purchasing from this vendor. Both have exceeded expectations.
