I received this remote today. It looks to be refurbished, not a brand-new product. The buttons are yellowed, there are faint brown stains on it like coffee but they won’t come off, it was a bit grubby, and there’s a Directv logo on it. It’s not identified in the listing as refurbished. The listing says it works right out of the box. It did not. It had to be paired with the receiver. Thankfully Google came through with how to do that. That said, it still works better than my 7-yo remote I have, and it’s here. Will get the next one from Directv, whenever that is — next week or next year. Not cool.
