I was so suspicious given the price, which was half of Garmin and TomTom, but I figured what the hell, I'll give it a go. Hubby and I were tired of tying up our phones with navigation, so I took a chance. This thing is a charm! Yes, it's foreign, but the translated instructions were actually easy to understand. And most of it was pretty intuitive, so that made it even easier. Only problem I ran into at first was, for some reason, it was set to Canada, and I live in the US. So when I put in an address, it wasn't here! LOL. Anyway, we took our trip and the screen was big and bright, the voice we selected and options for warnings worked perfect. Only problems were 1. Suction cup holder sucks, as they all do. 2. It kept telling us to slow down because we were going over the speed limit! I'm sure there's somewhere to turn that off, tho.

Then our arrival time is several hours off. Haven’t found how to fix that. If that’s the only issue we can live with that. The navigation works great.

I have purchased two units this past week, first one installed on my Jeep compass and had no trouble going through the setup menu and seems to work perfect. The second one today I put in my 2006 Dakota, went through the same menu and I cannot get sound out of the unit itself. I have to use the radio synced option to a station setting on the gps unit per the manual and get sound through the radio only. I have tried to reset the product and gone through all the menu options, but the unit won't allow sound for voice or touch unless i port it through the FM radio. otherwise, the unit is working great and i like the display and the ease of use. I'm not sure if this internal speaker issue if inherent to this particular unit off the shelf.
