This is the first monitor I have ever owned and it definitely finds its place among the highly reputable brands. I have compared it next to an ASUS 1080p monitor and an Acer 1080p monitor and I have to say, the build quality is on par with both as is the viewing experience. The minimal packaging might seem a little worrying, but it is very convenient for those of us that keep our boxes.

Upon arrival, I immediately set it up which was very simple. I didn't need the manual to do so which goes to show the ease of access and intuitive engineering. The base is very stable. The screen is appropriately bright. Additionally, after having accidentally touched the screen a few times, I have not been able to find a single fingerprint which is wonderful.

I have zero complaints with this monitor and I would definitely recommend it for those on a budget.

(For reference, my build has a Ryzen 5 5500 and an RX 580 so the 1080p 100hz is perfect.)

This is definitely a budget monitor. I didn't need it for gaming or anything elaborate, so decided to purchase it based on it's size (not too large),that it tilts, and that it has built-in speakers. The instructions that are provided in the packaging do not help in putting it together. I had to find a youtube video to show all the steps that were missing. The owners manual is useless, as 90% of it is in Japanese. So far, I have not been able to get the built-in speakers to work. The user manual includes no reference to the monitor even HAVING built-in speakers so I am wondering if that was an error in the on-line description. I have searched for you-tube videos to help with the missing sound issue, but have had no success yet. There certainly is no volume button on the monitor, so I am rather confused by this.

I am weary of searching for a new monitor at this point, so I will continue to just use my laptop speakers and keep this monitor. That's a bit of a bummer, because I would have sprung for a higher quality monitor if I'd known I would get no sound from this budget-model.
