It works for decent price
There will always be the bigger, better and more expensive options, but I found for the price, it does pretty good. I have bought this to play video I have edited together, (different movie scenes to their soundtracks), during a 4th of July firework show, which is just over 2 weeks away, but the tests I have done have proven that it will work pretty nicely.My biggest stipulations were that I didn't want to be spending too much money, that it needed to be as far from the screen as possible and still look good and had to project at a very high angle.Since the audience will be a good 75 feet from the screen(or more), I needed a pretty big screen that was also as high as I could get it (ended up being almost 7 x13 ft just for the screen). The top reaches 14 feet high, projector will be about 25 feet away and on stands about 3 feet off the ground. These are already very strict requirements. I will not need sound from the projector, but for picture at such an angle, its pretty good, although either the top OR bottom was more in focus when rotating the focus ring. I do wish the keystone corrector gave a little more movement. Brightness is very good. Before I had the screen, my test was playing Mario on the side of the house, pictured with camera flash on as well.My biggest issue was just navigating the menus to get it set up.Now just hoping the 4th goes really well, and that through all the planning and safety, that the screen, and everyone, is all safe in the end.***UPDATE***Firework show was a complete success. Added a few cell phone screen shots from it. You can get an idea how it looks, and with some fireworks. I do think next year I will not have the fountains in front of the screen, as it did wash out the picture too much in some parts. That was my fault.But, we had the projector about 23 feet away in the end, and it actually looked pretty good, being under $200 and all.

Cons:
1. Why is it so hard to connect it to Wi-Fi? I spent 30 minutes for it to connect. Not only that, once it disconnects it takes even longer for it to work.
2. Good luck trying to screen mirror your iPhone. It’s practically impossible. I had to use my laptop. Even then, I still had trouble.
3. Can we talk about the tripod? Placing the projector on it makes it completely unbalanced. Like why isn’t the screw on the projector centered? It’ll fall.
4. Don’t let the picture fool you. The focus on this thing is super hit or miss. You’ll be like “oh that looks fine!” And then realize it looks a little blurry. Fix it. Then realize that it’s still blurry. Fix it again. Rinse and repeat. I’m not even a projector snob either and don’t care much for picture quality, but man I just want to watch my stuff without me thinking my glasses are dirty.
5. The projector LAGS. It felt awkward seeing my audio not lining up with the mouth movement of these characters. It would be a slightly noticeable thing to it being drastic. Sometimes it would match, but I would like it to be consistent you know?
6. If I pause my laptop, and I press play. The projector freezes. Like HUH? It’s still screen mirroring. The sound is still playing on the projector but the video is still paused. My laptop continues on but the projector is frozen.
7. Loud fan and you can’t really make the projector’s screen the way you want it
Pros (If I can even call them that):
1. It comes with a nice little organized case I can return it in.

Honestly I made the mistake of being lured in with that $30 coupon :/ it was really appealing and I thought great! I really wanted a causal projector to just watch anime on.
