Bought these for mom who thought her hearing in the right ear was completely gone because she tried another set of in-the-ear hearing aids that didn't solve the problem. She had 70% loss in right ear and 30% in left ear.

These worked fine since she was able to adjust the right ear to be higher sound left than the left. She says they are very comfortable. The charger is a little finicky. Need to make sure the devices are positioned firmly in the charger to make sure they charge.

One feature we wish these devices have is a way to lock the sound output at a specific level after finding the right level. It is too easy to accidentally press one of the buttons and change the level while taking them out or putting them in.
