I didn't try a full body view idk if that improve anything, but my experience is based on waist up and shoulder up tests.

This functions best when at least 16" away approx. if you're too close it probably will function in ways you didn't expect for example you move right but the camera moves left and it will never move the opposite direction again.

If you're away sufficently and have good lighting, it more or less works okay it will generally follow you, but is still prone to not wanting to go right at times? It will follow you left without any issue!
Sometimes it works flawlessly other times it doesn't follow as well as it could.

Sometimes what might help when it doesn't want to follow your face better is having both your hands within view of the camera on both sides of your face.
This is especially helpful if you have a facemask on! This will follow you with a face mask on but not very well, put your hands within view of the camera, and it improves how well it follows your face!

I was hoping if I ever had any videos to film where I don't have anyone around, this would be a great idea, now I'm not so sure.
