I tried to call the tech-support and waited on hold for 30 minutes on three different occasions. Today is the last day to send it back and Won’t have time to send it back in time. I guess I lost on this deal. Thanks

I have used my brother's which is exactly the same and loved it. I have not yet had a chance to use this one but I'm sure it will be great. One small criticism is that it did not come with nuts and bolts for attaching the base to the universal mount, necessitating a trip to the hardware store. Other than that I am one happy customer!
