After using this item for a month or two, I believe I was correct in purchasing this item. The build quality is what is to be expected for the price. nothing has cracked so far but it is definitely breakable and not indestructible . It is a little bit larger than a smaller iPod however, it still fits in jeans and pant pockets without issue. This item requires a wired connection for the audio. So I would recommend getting some better quality earphones for best experience. And I tried using the item with a lower quality set of ear buds and I didn’t get a good playback of my songs. If this happens to just switch out the earpieces you were using because I don’t think it would be the device itself.
Downloading songs onto the device is also incredibly easy. You just need a computer and some really basic computing experience. The manual goes over how to download songs in depth.
As for the battery life, and I’ve listened for eight continuous hours before it dying out. If you have a battery pack for your phone, then it should work for this device as well. Given you half the cable on hand. The cable is also pretty standard so you shouldn’t have any issues finding it.
Overall, this item is extremely practical and a good budget option.
