Product Description

water shoes

  • Our water shoes look like a pair of sneakers, when you come out of the water, you won't look out of place strolling down city streets without changing your shoes.
  • Whether you're into hiking, swimming, kayaking, or just into other water sports, having a great pair of water shoes (stayed comfortable when wet) can make your water experience so much better.

Athletic Upgrade and More Casually

  • Perfect for any wet outdoor activities, but you can also get away with wearing them more casually.
  • Minimal-looking and low-cut, so they won’t draw a ton of attention if you decide to wear them to a restaurant after you’ve finished white-water rafting with your friends.
  • A bit more support than going barefoot, like strolling on a pebbly beach or walking from kayaking to the car without changing your shoes.

W-Shaped Drainage Groove

W-shaped drainage groove on the sidewalls open outward to dump excess water back out of the shoe at the lowest possible point and make sure the sediments and rocks don’t get in.

Hydrophobic Finish Mesh

Treated with a hydrophobic finish that defends against sand and water, yet also breathable and quick-drying for any flatwater adventure.

Removable Skin-EVA Insole

The shoes have soft-and prominently hexagon-hydrophobic EVA insoles, which are supportive without feeling bumpy. And the removable insoles speed up the drying process for optimal drying time.

"lumpy" at the front
Comfortable, and I love the ventilation! So I plan to use these in hot weather where sandals are not formal enough. However, my first problem is that they are "lumpy" or bumpy at the front; not smooth and rounded as they should be. Maybe it was caused from the shipping, or maybe it's a problem with the material, but I cannot get them to round-out and look better.I'll update the review as I get more use out of them.

Got these to take on vacation and camping. Thru them on as soon as they arrived and fell in love.....i wear a 12 in Nike shoes and 11M in Johnston Murphy dress/work shoes.....these things fit great, very light weight and can be worn with or without socks. Very nice....I'm very particular with shoes....I took a chance on these and love them. I am very hot natured and in warm weather usually wear flip flops.....these breath great and are very comfortable in that regard....plus they can be dressed up or down a notch.....cant beat the price either.

 9/13/23 update.
I've had these since 7/19/23 & have used them quite a bit, for their unintended purpose, playing disc golf & I'm really impressed with the durability. Concrete tee pads chew through shoes like a shark through a swimmers arm. I play an average of 3 times per week and they show very little wear. The only drawback is they don't dry a quickly as I thought but they wick water away very well. They're proving to be pretty versatile shoes and great for that "barefoot feel"!
I've only had these for a short time and I'm using them for something outside of their intended WATER SHOE purpose. I'm using them for disc golf!
I noticed a few people have posted their review complaining about the fact these are not waterproof shoes. Pay attention people! They are water shoes not waterPROOF shoes! That means they wick water away and dry quickly.
I purchased them because water shoes are notorious for having pretty durable soles that don't separate from the upper as well as having sturdy but flexible uppers, meaning they're not stretchy.
These things are performing great so far! They have more of a barefoot feel, as they should, being water shoes (for those who have posted about the discomfort smh). The soles have a typical water shoe tread pattern and seem to be pretty durable as there's a lot of rotation and movement when I drive from concrete or cement pads yet they show little to no wear so far. The comparison pics between these and the Reebok RBX shoes aren't a fair comparison because I've used the reeboks for 20 or so rounds and only played 3 rounds with the WHITIN's but they do depict the problems with these spongy soles that have a thin layer of rubber tread pattern separating and wearing away far too quickly. It feels as though these will wear pretty well but time will tell.
At around $40 I think these are a decent buy and would recommend them but I will certainly update this review accordingly. ✌🏼

The Whitin brand has been an affordable way to expand my collection of barefoot shoes. These are my favorite shoes! They have the most secure fit of all the Whitin shoes I’ve tried on, and I appreciate the light cushioning of the removable EVA insoles. Although these shoes drain well, they don’t dry fast. However, they do keep out stones and tiny rocks. Beach sand would require running water and a brush to remove. I wear them for everyday with merino no show socks and keep them fresh with a little shoe dryer or sunshine. They are washable. The all black style is versatile. I bought them for the long flight and visit to Kauai and routine wear at home. I’m happy with them.

I got these for the beach so I could go from walking on the beach, to in the water, then into a restaurant or store without changing shoes. They look good and if you're not getting them wet then you're probably good but when I got water on them the hard back rubbed my ankle raw. The back is hard plastic and it can't be easily removed.

These have been great for going in/out of the hot tub during the colder months to prevent us from stepping barefoot on snow. The shoes are incredibly comfortable, lightweight and dry out quickly.

Comfortable, and I love the ventilation! So I plan to use these in hot weather where sandals are not formal enough. However, my first problem is that they are "lumpy" or bumpy at the front; not smooth and rounded as they should be. Maybe it was caused from the shipping, or maybe it's a problem with the material, but I cannot get them to round-out and look better.
I'll update the review as I get more use out of them.
