I like this cooling pad. It's much lighter than the old clunky one I had. I hardly ever use the fans. I just needed something to get my laptop out of my lap so it could cool itself. The photo is an upside down one showing you how it can be raised or lowered. It is made of plastic but I feel if properly treated should not be a problem. For someone who is constantly traveling, it might not be the best one. I don't know why they made such a big deal about the lights being blue. I also find that not having a latch on the stand annoying as it will pop down/up at inopportune times. But otherwise a good product for the money.

I looked at all types of laptop coolers from expensive to cheap. This particular cooler was only $13 I have been using it for about a month now I have an I-Core 5 Windows laptop that runs a little warm when running lots of programs at the same time this keeps my machine cool but you have to turn it on high in order to accomplish that I have let this cooler run non-stop for a month now and not one problem if you're asking should I purchase this we only answer to that is hit the purchase button.

I received mine on 12/9/22. It's a decent cooling solution for my gaming laptop. The fan is very quiet, which I LOVE. The price point was also perfect for what was left of my budget. It adjusts easily. It's not as sturdy as I would have liked (which for the price, I didn't expect much.) I broke the bottom section that helps keep the computer from sliding off in under two weeks. To be fair to the company, however, I am pretty rough on things. I also have difficulty holding onto objects and drop things easily and have concrete floors.

If you're more careful than I am, you'll probably like this item.

If you're looking for a reliable laptop fan, I recommend looking elsewhere. When I first received this one, I was generally impressed (aside from the plastic stand--but for the price it seemed sturdy enough). Most importantly, it worked beautifully to cool my laptop!

Unfortunately, it broke down in short order. I had used it a couple of times a week for a few months before the fan stopped working. It didn't suffer any falls or unusual conditions, and I would characterize my treatment of it as "delicate". Nowadays I just use it for a riser until I can get a new, hopefully longer-lasting, replacement.
