I ordered a RGB/ multicolor rope. When I plugged it in, it only gave me red. After messing around with the controller to get it to change color the red color faded. it’s not as bright as the first time I plugged it in even with the brightness all the way up.

This is my first Amazon review I’ve ever written, because I had to share how great these lights are! The app is super easy to scan and download, and the remote comes already with the battery. You can use both the app and remote the same time for convencience.
The best feature was the light synchronizing to the music as an option. Love all the different settings and color variations. I did this by myself, and I’m not a handy person at all. The clips to put the lights in are snug, but once they’re in, they’re secured. Worth buying!

I used these a little different than what was intended but so far they have worked out really well. I've only had them on about a week from writing this review so I may update later. I ended up using two sided tape along with silicon adhesive because that was the only thing that I could get to work and see far as pliability goes it's not all that great but doable. I will be getting the truck washed in a couple days so that will be a real test on how these are gonna hold up. They are pretty bright even with some light pollution but the app i don't care for. I was able to make these work also because I have an inverter installed in the truck so I could use 110v. I'll update this review if I need to but for the money out isn't a bad deal. Ok 1 month update. They didn't make it they are not waterproof as advertised. There are several dark spots and several spots that are discolored with different colors. I'm going to have to remove them I'm afraid. I'm gonna have to spend the money and get govie.
