Arrived quickly, and perfectly packaged! Some reviews said their bottles were broken, but mine was just fine and the spray nozzle works great. I'm newer to skincare, so I can't say I see visible improvements just yet, but this water feels and smells great. I don't have sensitive skin, but it stung a bit the first time I used it with a cotton pad. The second time, I sprayed it directly onto my skin and patted it with my hands and that didn't sting at all, so maybe it just was a bit too much concentration on the pad lol.Overall, I really like this product and use it as a toner after showers or cleansing and then I follow with my serums and moisturizer. I also love that it's organic and cruelty-free.Customer service is top notch too! I received a few messages from the seller asking if everything is good, and also received some freebies and discount codes in the package. I'll definitely be buying this again.

The product is absolutely amazing. This is one of those amazon products that is a must have. My skin smells wonderful and after only a few days of use, is starting to improve in many ways. This rose water is clearly fresh and created by a small company because the business owner includes a note disclosing an apology, but because of covid 19, spray nozzles are in low supply. But if you really need one, and you reach out to Ashley, she will do her best to accommodate you. Anyway, back to the product because that’s what is important. I am a nurse, and I’ve been wearing a mask for 13 hours a day at work. My skin is terrible and stressed. A friend suggested I try rose water and as this product dries naturally on your skin, you can feel it hydrating and toning and working to repair that angry skin that hasn’t seen fresh air for over half a day. I’m going to recommend this to all my friends. And I chose this product over others because I believe it to be superior. Okay, have a great day and stay safe. <3

The coupon in the box being only valid for US customers is annoying and should be removed or honoured.
The inconsistent price gouging is the one thing that may be why I try to find another replacement brand. I understand supply and demand but, to pay under $20 and see it change ALL OF THE TIME is obnoxious. I've tried to buy more and it's more than triple the price which is inexcusable. It seems to be out of stock quite often so, I don't know if there's a supplier issue, poor planning or what but, consistent pricing and availability is important. It really is a gorgeous product!
