I used this because I purchased new speakers and a new $500 pioneer head unit and it sounded like my vehicle had very very little bass. I ran new door speaker wire hooked this amp up and wow. I cannot turn the gain up over like ten percent because this beast will blow 6x8 speakers. It sounds awesome my mirrors vibrate like crazy. Awesome little amp. Perfect size
