How to solve the Food particles which left in the container?

The tongue design of the cleaning brush is designed to remove the juice residue which left at the juicing bowl. We have video for reference or you can ask our CS Team for Help.

1.Stop Working: There is a protection chip in the juicer to maintain its lifespan and performance. When you operate it for a long time, it may automatically stop. Please allow the juicer to cool down for 2-3 minutes before continuing to use it.

2.Size:This is a portable and compact Juicer, the size is 4L*4W*12.6H", ideal for those who juice on a regular basis.

3.Clogged: It is common for high-fiber ingredients to occasionally cause jams. Our juicer has a reverse function to help resolve any clogs. Additionally, cutting celery in half before juicing can help reduce clogging.

Wish I could give 5+ stars. This juicer has it all: easy to use, clean, and store. Plus great price and quality plastic. I've had a couple of the regular juicers and clean up was a royal pain - a deal breaker. Got rid of them years ago. Years ago, the masticating, cold press juicers were very expensive. At $79, this baby is a hit. They even have $99 version with wide mouth shoot. But I am happy with mine.
