I used this product for the first time to finely grind about four ounces of beans for espresso. Some days later I tried to grind some beans for French peress. No coffee came through. The motor ran, but it did not grind any beans. I took out the removable part, cleaned out any fragments I could find but after several attempts I still could not get the product to grind any coffee. At this point I am very disappointed and could not recommend this product. I only gave the one star because it worked well once.
Update: After my review posted, Shardor customer service contacted me. They were easy to work with and were determined to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. In spite of my initial problem, I would be willing to purchase another product from this company in the future, and I upgraded my rating to reflect the customer service.

Works exactly as advertised. Consistent grind, quiet, easy to use, yes anti-static. Needs some experimenting to get grind quantity related to time. My solution is to put in only as much bean as needed for your coffee maker and run grinder until all is ground. Note the time. Use this time for future use if you want to fill the bean hopper. I prefer to put in only what I need for immediate use and keep my beans in an air tight container. So far I have only ground for pour over but may update review after trying some expresso.

A plus are the rings for expresso filter cups.

Only negative so far is the too small cleaning brush. I can live with it.

I bought this to replace another burr grinder that finally died. This one is definitely quieter. The cup is a bit smaller than my previous one but it just requires an extra emptying if grinding a larger amount of beans. It does leave a small mess but I think that’s a standard for burr grinders and it’s the price you pay for fresh taste. The grind is consistent at my setting. I’m mainly grinding for pour over and drip. I haven’t tried anything smaller. I’ve cleaned it once and disassembly and reassembly is easy. Good price point, I highly recommend it.
