Arrived quickly and as advertised. It is good to get a shipping tag and photo! I had zero problems with the delivery.It was packaged securely and went into the mantle without a problem.I think it's best to use a butane lighter as the hotter flame leaves less soot.You can see from the image that the catalytic pad lit right up and is maintaining heat.A good idea to keep a couple of these around.

I had 2 out of 4 brand new Zippo 12 Hour warmers that failed to stay lit. I replaced the catylist pads with the and they work fine. RIPpo wants 12 bucks for a single replacement burner which is 90% of the price of the new hand warmer. Ripoff.

I installed bare-handed without any problems. The catalyst material worked great in my Jon-E liquid fuel handwarmer. I went into the catalyst to adjust the material and it puts off fiberglass or carbon fiber-like slivers that are hard to remove!!!
