One size up
Ok so I'm a former water polo player and I say this because we had to have super tight suits. Like we had to use 3 people to get us into the suitone to hold each side and one to zip. So I can deal with certain amounts of tight suits is my pointI bought this same suit in the palm print last year when I was a little thinner but still even then was uncomfortable at least where the lines sit the palm print also had plastic wires on the side which I cut out because they were so uncomfortable. The palm one sized for a 18 even a year ago was too tight yesterday I tried it on again and it looked like I was pregnant the way it shoved all my stomach fat together lol. I'm going to the gym again so that will correct itself but the black one 2 sizes up fit perfectly around the torso and thighs. I am a size F cup size so the cups fit but I admit was a little loose for my liking so I will b altering the straps. Essentially go one size up like u would in fitted dress sizes. As a size 16/18 I was comfortable in a size 22 . Just saying. Even one size up would be better than staying true to size unless you don't want to breathe lolRemember this is sizing I recommend for liesure swim wear not competitive
