I got these for my son, who has a business selling Lego minifigures. The figures are, of course, tiny. Most bubble mailers are way too big. These are just the right size because the shipping label exactly fits on the outside and the minifigure isn't swimming in an envelope that's too big.
The padding seems adequate (no complaints from recipients yet) and the outside has more of a plastic feel than a paper feel, which makes these seem more "upscale" than a normal brown paper mailer (if a bubble mailer can be upscale).
One other thing I appreciate -- the paper covering the self-sealing sticky stuff is actual paper. Some previous mailers we bought had clear plastic over the sticky stuff, which was harder to peel and then got all static on us.
So a thumbs up on these from me and my son.
