Product Description

We are glad to be offering our product on Amazon. Eggs shipped are collected fresh. We recommend at least 2 dozen purchase if 10-12 chicks are desired. Our Hatch Rate is 85% on average, but this should not be expected with Mail Order Eggs. Our Fertility rate is 95% or better with a 4 female to 1 male ratio. Coturnix Quail grow up to be on average 10-14 oz. Live weight. They also have the capability of laying eggs as young as 6-8 weeks. We try to package eggs as safely as possible, but USPS handles every package differently. If eggs are damaged, you may file a claim with USPS to recover the costs.

Very happy with my purchase
I wanted to wait for the hatch to write a review as I rely on reviews a lot regarding hatching eggs. I was so impressed with the packaging. These eggs had LONG days of travel to get to me. They had to endure A LOT. I had three (only 3!) That arrived cracked but was given extra. Had an average hatch rate for shipped eggs but these guys came out strong and healthy. Obviously some good genetics here. Very good experience and thankful I chose them!

Day 21- 3 hatched out 19...15% which is terrible. I usually get 50+% on mail order, 80+% on home grown. I opened the 16 unhatched...blank, aka NOT FERTILE! I ordered from Fishing Products of TEXAS purposely because it's Dec & it's still warm in Texas but eggs appear to have been shipped from New England(???) which is cold so fertility is crap. My background, organic farmer, hatching eggs, including EMU which are very difficult, raising quail for over three decades. I moved recently so little choice but to purchase eggs to restart.

Perhaps their hatch rate is better come spring but I wouldn't waste your money during the colder months. Very disappointed with the switch from what was supposed to be a warmer climate to the northern, frozen tundra & extremely low hatch rate. I won't purchase from them again. Thumbs waaaay down!

2nd order! I just wanted to give an update on the second order this time I bought 15 eggs. It did come with a few extra and a couple were cracked, but I still had more than 15 good eggs and 13 of them hatched if you’re looking to raise quail these are the ones that I would buy!

I bought 30 eggs and got a little more than I ordered! Very few where. Cracked at all. And 12 hatched!!! Whit h is was I was hoping for! A lot more of them was going through the growing process but didn’t make it to hatching so the majority were for fertilized. On top of which I constantly opened it up to look at the eggs because I’m impatient. I will be ordering us again

All the eggs were intact and seemed healthy. They even arrived early. Unfortunately that complicates my situation, as there have been delays with my incubator. My own fault really, I thought I ordered it enough in advance, but that’s what I get for using a Chinese company. I have the eggs in my brooder box to keep warm with a small dish of water, I’m hoping this will suffice until the incubator arrives. Time will tell. Kudos to this seller on their prompt delivery of good product.

Hello! I am pleasantly surprised that they have hatched! I live in upstate New York and when they arrived they were so cold. I payed for expedited shipping but still took 5 days to arrive usps mail. But all in all I will order again in the spring.

Eggs arrived late and held at post office. Incubated anyway and had zero chicks. First batch ever to have no chicks. I question if they have been fertilized. Contacted Amazon who contacted seller. All I received was a argument message and a copy and paste of the tracking info. I refuse to argue with this seller. I don’t recommend.
