Good warranty experience
I had one that was about a year old, when suddenly the C3 and USBA Port stopped working. I contacted their customer support and had a couple back and forth emails, then they refunded my purchase price. I promptly purchased another. The only gripe I have is that the case seems to be sealed shut with no way to open it. I suppose this may be a safety feature since it can potentially expose High voltages. As a tinkerer I like to fix things.

It's sturdy, it's durable and it's quite easy to carry around, the metal plugs are collapsible and it can charge 3 devices at once.
Been using it for about 2 months without any issues! well recommended
