I have been using Jabra for years as my Bluetooth. I actually had 3. When I lost one last month, and needed a replacement asap, I turned to Amazon.

On December 5, 2022 I chose New Bee because it offered 2 earpieces for $20, less than what I pay for 1 Jabra. Plus, for the price, if it was a dud I would be okay. Was I surprised.

It was super easy to connect to my Galaxy Note 9. It came with two cases, two charges, two sets of ear hooks and two sets of ear tips. Just know, it was 2 of everything!

The ear hook is silicone, the first time I've had one, and it is very comfortable. I have small ears so most ear tips don't fit. Not the issue with New Bee.

I charged both earpieces and started the test. Just know, I'm always on the phone, I mean all day. When I left home, after about 4 hours of use, I took both with me. I never got a low battery notice, even after an additional 6-7 hours of use. So on day two, I tried again, all day from 7 am to 10:30 pm, no low battery notice.

The sound, both ways is extremely clear. I'm always on the phone with my daughter and she will always tell me issues with my earpieces. It's clear, no issues at all so far.

I will have to say the noise cancelation is not that great, per my daughter. Better than my Jabar, but not great. Just know, I really don't care about that feature that much. I don't like putting my phone to my face lol.

So, overall I'm extremely satisfied! I will give an update later, as long as I don't loose them.

The holder which rap around the ear are easy to form using a lighter or match… perfect fit!
The sound is pretty good and each one comes with an additional ear piece for your other ear providing great isolation. Sound quality better than expected for the price and these run for hours & hours on a charge. So far ( some I’ve had for over a year) no failures.

HERE IS MY NEW REVIEW AFTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT CORRECTED THE ISSUE AND CONTACTED ME:

This company actually read my complaint, and contacted me about their product. The service manager went "above and beyond" the role of customer support to contact me, and explain the problems created by changing manufacturers the first time, and that were trying to correct the situation. They told me they had switched manufacturers and thus received bad products. They explained that they now got a new manufacturer and asked me to please try the new product again and see if I would reconsider my negative opinion of their product. They politely asked if they could send me another set of the NEWER, improved headsets for my review. They were truly concerned with my ultimate satisfaction! It is RARE to find this kind of service in today's markets.

And, to be honest, none of the other brands I've tried since were anywhere near as good as the original version of these ones!

So anyway, I agreed to give them another chance. Well, I've had the new units for about a week now, and I have had a chance to use the "new" models extensively, and I am pleased to say these units work SO much better than the last ones did. They are as good as the original purchase was! They have outstanding sound quality from the microphone, noise cancellation, volume control and clarity, and functionality. I especially like being able to double-tap the "main" call answer button to initiate the "redial" feature. Oh, and the battery lasts for DAYS with constant use, and charges very quickly. These units are every bit as good as the original, first set that we loved so much. My satisfaction with their service and the quality and function of the new product has been fulfilled quite nicely! Thank you so much!
I am now a satisfied client / customer / user once again!

I now confidently and wholeheartedly recommend these headsets again! They are as good as the originals were!

Sound quality very good. Calls with this is comparable to airpod, Bose. Battery life you can’t beat! The price you can’t beat. I’ve purchased several not because it dies on me but because I drop them many times and that’s when I break it or accidentally submerge them in baths and have to replace it. This does not completely cancel the noise you hear outside which to me is ideal. I don’t like to not hear what’s going on on both ears. The only thing I’m not happy with is the size. It is bulky and long compared to the airpod but I guess it’s a trade in for everything else good about it. But do test them out when you buy and see how it goes. If it doesn’t connect right away, return but purchase another one. Sometimes you get a faulty one but not all the time. I’m not paid or given a freebie for this review. I just really love this Bluetooth and I want them to keep making them. Just hope they make it smaller with everything else the same i.e. quality, battery life etc.

I ordered these to replace order new bee Bluetooth. I had a total of 5, I rotate then and use them all the time. My white one was my favorite and the first one I purchased but was literally falling apart. I can say the white one seem to work better than my black ones, not sure why.

This is the beamst value for the price. Long battery life, good quality sound, comfortable to wear and easy to pair and connect.
