    I absolutely LOVE the fact this connects to 2 phones like my former Plantronics one of similar style did. Since Plantronics was bought out by Polycom, this style is no longer available & their current offerings are way too pricey & bulky - so happy I found this one!
    No real issues with this equipment other than not having a dedicated on/off button. Knocking off a star for the UNCOMFORTABLE AS HECK ear hook. That thing digs right into the back of my ear and is super painful after awhile. I finally took it off and just use it without it - surprisingly it sits right in my ear nicely and stays put without it. Not sure that would be possible if i did anything other than sit at a desk though. Definitely recommend for the price.

The vender contacted me to return for full refund. I appreciate their attempts at making this right. Unfortunately I disposed of the the item and can not return. I do not recommend this model, it didn’t work for much more than 1 month. Disappointed.
