To be honest I did not expect this bluetooth ear piece to do half of what was advertised but I received a very pleasant surprise when it did all f what was advertised. I saw that in the past reviews the voice prompt did not sound as friendly as some of the more expensive devices. For some customers I can see how that might be an issue but for me I am not trying to start a relationship with a headset so that was not a show stopper in making a purchasing choice. I can confirm that the voice is not as soft as some of the others but the functionality is acurate. I tested the sound cansellation by hitting the freeway at 65MPH in an economy sedan with lots of road noise. I place a call to a truck driver who was also on the road and we were both able to clearly hear each other. I know that his sound canseling device was responsible for me hearing his transmission clear but I mentioned it anyway. I never had to use the ear pligs that came with the blue tooth device. I placed it on my right ear leaving my left ear open to ear what was going on outside. The volume was sufficient to hear the phone conversation. The simultanious sync wth both my iPhone and desktop are both plug and play once the simple configuration setup is complete. I tested the battery life by going 3 days straight without re-charging and talking for about a half hour to 45 minutes each day. I did not want to push it and run out of battery charge when I need it. I normally charge up every night so that was the longest that I have gone without charging any ear piece. So far this ea piece is out performing more expensice ones owned in the past.

Overall this headset works great. I was hesitant to order another headset as I have had a lot of problems with previous headsets in the past including very poor mic volume and headset not charging after just a couple of months. So far this headset has worked well for me. I can hear the other person clearly and they can hear me fine. And for the price, this pair of headsets is a great buy. One slight concern is the earhooks. The headset came with two silicone earhooks and a small plastic earhook. The silicon ones are comfortable but flimsy so it doesn't always stay in-place. The plastic one is somewhat uncomfortable. Hope the company sees this post and also include an earhook in the future that's in between the flimsy silicon and hard plastic ones. I think that would make this headset a really great product for the price.

I've only had it one week, so I can't speak for long-term reliability, but so far I'm happy with the headset (Link Dream LC-B45). It is a larger than than several others that I've tried recently, but I don't see this is a problem. I'm using it with a Motorola Moto-g 5G 2023 edition.

Good Points:
- Physical switches (power switch and multi-function switch). I have a lot of trouble with capacitive switches for some reason. The physical switches were the main reason I tried this model. I can reposition the earpiece without worrying about hanging up on a call.
- Good noise cancellation and volume. I was clearly heard when driving on an interstate at 70 MPH with a window rolled down. I also had no trouble understanding the person on the other end of the call.
- USB-C charging port.
- Long battery life. I charged it a week ago and have used it for over an hour of active calls and about 10 hours of standby time. It is still reporting 80% charge to the phone (but that is just self-reported charge, I don't know how long it will really last).
- Mute Button on headset. Handy when you need it.

Bad Points:
- None that I can think of so far. It is on the larger size, but that also makes it easier to handle.

Unknowns:
- I haven't seen how far the unit stays connected to the phone. Its certainly good for 10 feet or so.

I love the economical price, the easy pairing, small size and simple operation. I dislike the severe lack of noise cancellation for the person on the other end of the line - they WILL hear everything in your vicinity.

That said, for the price, these are invaluable; particularly if you use them as I do. I am busy, need my hands free, and live where cell reception is sketchy - so I park my phone where it gets the best signal, and use these as I wander about. They are so comfortable, that from the moment I wake up until I go to bed (and yes, it is not uncommon for me to forget I am wearing it, and go to bed with it still in my ear), it is in place, powered on, and in use. Secondly, they are super cheap security - you cannot get more than about 25 feet away without being informed you have lost contact with your phone - you will never leave/lose your phone again!

Personally, I find the silicone tip and loop more than sufficient to retain it in my ear, all day long, comfortably. I do not use the over ear hook, as personally, I find all versions of this retention method uncomfortable.

The battery is phenomenal. I average a minimum of 2-4 hours of talking daily, along with sound from facebook reels etc. and rarely have to charge more than every three days.

If you do not need to ensure callers cannot hear what is going on in the background, these are for you, and I highly recommend them. If you are seeking a unit for use in a noisy environment, zoom calls or elsewhere that background noise is an issue, these are not for you, and I do not recommend them.

All in all a great unit, easily operated, exceptional battery and comfort, great sound for the recipient, and a nice, inexpensive unit.
