The GEL-VENTURE 9 MT shoe has been modified to provide better cushioning. This mid-top style's functionality has been strategically designed for when you're shifting from the outdoors to city streets.​The midsole has been modified with AMPLIFOAM cushioning and a higher stack height. When combined with the rearfoot GEL technology, these features help create a softer and more comfortable feel underfoot.​Meanwhile, the outsole features an advanced traction pattern that's functional for the road and trail surfaces.

Luv dis shoe so far. I thought it would be heavy but it's extremely light, fits well and has plenty cushioning. I've ran in them a few times and they haven't let me down yet. Think dis will be my shoe for an upcoming 5K...., I recommend dis for anyone who needs ankle support and doesn't wanna sacrifice running sneaker attributes...Update: Ran a 5K., shoes did great.. holdin up well so far.. pics from 11/4/23 moderate use wit very light cleanin....,,
